  • Sit in a comfortable position. You can either sit down, cross legged, on your knees or on your fours. Sit any way you want so long as you’re comfortable.
  • Slowly focus on your breathing and repeat the following mantra: Inhale, hold in for five seconds and then exhale.
  • Focus on your breathing and try to let go of anything around you. Just labored breathings and yourself.
Stay like this for some time, until your mind quiets down and relaxes. This relaxation will let out a series of signal which will spread throughout your body eradicating negative thoughts, stress and anxiety of all sorts.
